Is it genuine?

Check any Warranlytics warranty in seconds

  1. Scan the QR code

Every certificate carries a QR code. Scan it with your phone camera and the warranty page opens, with the product, the serial number and the coverage dates.

  2. Or enter the warranty number

Open the verification page and type the warranty number printed on the certificate. No account is needed to check a warranty.

  3. What a genuine warranty shows

The product and serial number, the shop that issued it, the purchase date and when the coverage ends. If those do not match what you bought, ask the shop before you pay.

What you can do with a personal account

Keep every warranty and receipt

Warranties issued to you appear in your account automatically. Add the ones from other shops yourself, with the receipt and any documents attached.

File a claim from your phone

Choose the warranty, describe the problem, add photos and submit. The shop sees it straight away and you receive every update by email.

Know when coverage ends

Each warranty shows its expiry date, so you know before a problem appears whether it is still covered.

Transfer it when you sell

Selling the phone or the fridge? Transfer the remaining warranty to the new owner, so it keeps its value.

Lost your paper warranty card?

If the shop issued your warranty with Warranlytics, nothing is lost: sign in and it is there, with the serial number and dates on record. If the shop still uses paper cards, ask them to issue digital warranties next time, and point them to our page for shops.
