The warranty is created with the sale
Record the sale with the serial number and the customer receives a digital warranty certificate straight away, with the terms on it. Anyone can scan its QR code to check it is genuine.

The customer files the claim from their phone
Photos and a description, from the warranty page. You see it in your dashboard at once, and every step from intake to repair is logged against that serial number.

Stock, invoices and reports in the same tool
Products, sales, invoices, expenses and a profit view live in the same place as the warranties, so it can replace the stock notebook too.

Questions shop owners ask
I already use POS software. Do I have to replace it?
No. Keep it. Warranlytics handles what your POS does not: the warranty, the claim and the repair. Many shops run both; some move their stock and invoicing over later because it is in the same tool.
My customers do not use email. Can they still get the warranty?
Today the warranty certificate and claim updates are delivered by email, so the customer needs an email address to receive the link. You can still register the warranty against their phone number and check it by QR code at the counter when they return. Sending the warranty link by SMS is the next thing we are building, because we hear this from every shop.
I do not have time to learn software.
We set it up at your counter and issue the first warranties with you. Most shops are registering on their own after twenty minutes.
Will customers claim more if it is this easy?
Genuine claims you handle anyway. What changes is that the serial number, the sale date and the terms are on record, so you can see at once which claims are valid and which unit has been claimed before.

Is the app in Bangla?
Not yet. The dashboard and the customer's warranty page are in English today; this website is in Bangla. We set the app up with you in person, and a Bangla interface is on our list.
